I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience. I have specialty certification in grief and loss. I am trained in EMDR and Emotionally Therapy for Couples.
I believe you are the expert on you. It's my job to help you trust your wisdom as you work towards living an authentic life free of chaos and fear.
