A counselor who listens and helps you help yourself
If you're hurting because of grief, coping with trauma or feeling alone in a relationship we can work together to help you find healing and hope.
I am trained in grief work and in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) a treatment for trauma. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy a mode of treatment that helps couples rekindle their bond.
